    About the last article--wonderful. I also want to suggest that you skip ahead in the manuscript to Chapter 14 page 133 "People". Part of the difficulty most of us have with being appreciative is that our competitive culture ingrains in us an intuitive feeling that we might lose something if we give full credit to the people who support us. "If I really tell that employee how great they are, wont they ask me for a raise?" This creates a sense of vulnerability which makes us reluctant to "open-up".

    Successful appreciation requires a very special culture. A culture that makes appreciation a winning strategy. I think I have laid the foundation for that kind of culture in the sub-section called People. Let me know what you think.
